Spring “Boot Camp”

Registration for Winter and Spring classes will open November 6th at 8:00 AM

We are excited to offer spring "boot camp" classes.  Our winter classes conclude the week of April 13th and our 4-week boot camp begins the week of Monday, April 20th, running until the week of May 11th. Ideal for Pre-K or 5/6 program (or transitional Kindergarten) students, this program will build on the skills learned this winter by continuing to segment beginning, middle, and ending sounds in order to blend the sounds to read CVC words.  New and returning Reading Rangers students are welcome!

SPRING BOOT CAMP CLASSES OFFERED:

*MONDAYS* at Second Ponce Community Wellness Center
April 20th-May 11th
1:15-2:15 pm | Pre-K and 5/6 Program | $180
*Teachers are Amanda Wilson and Katie Rockey
*Students at CTK Preschool@2P-RR teachers will pick the children up in carpool and walk them to the RR class at the CWC. RR teachers are unable to walk students to an extra-curricular activity following their RR class.

*TUESDAY MORNINGS* at Trinity Presbyterian Preschool
April 21st-May 12th
8:00 am-9:00 am | Pre-K and 5/6 Program | $180
Teachers are Amanda Wilson and Anne Hobart
*RR teachers will walk students to their TPP or TELC class after Reading Rangers.  The class is open also to students at other preschools, but those students (besides TPP and TELC) will have to arrange transportation to preschool after class.)

*TUESDAYS* at Northside United Methodist Church (Open to NMP students only)
April 21st-May 12th
12:25-1:25 pm | Pre-K | $180 (RR teachers will pick students up from class)
1:30-2:30 pm | Pre-K and Lions | $180
*Teachers are Kristen DiCristina and Amanda Wilson *Pre-K students who sign up for the 1:30 class must also sign up for Stay and Play (12:25-1:25) on the NMP website. At1:30, RR teachers will pick students up from Stay and Play or the Lions class and take them to RR. RR teachers are unable to pick students up from a Sports and Rec offering or walk students to a Sports and Rec offering after class.


*WEDNESDAYS* at Second Ponce Community Wellness Center
April 22nd-May 13th
1:00-2:00 pm | Pre-K and 5/6 Program | $180
2:15-3:15 pm | Pre-K and 5/6 Program | $180
*Teachers are Kristen DiCristina and Amanda Wilson *Students at CTK Preschool @2P- RR teachers will pick the children up in carpool and walk them to the RR class at the CWC. If your child is attending Soccer after class, a parent will need to arrange for the soccer coach to pick the children up and let RR teachers know the plan.  RR teachers are unable to pick students up from CTK@2P for the 2:15 class.

Spring Refund Policy
Prior to March 1, 2026, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be returned to you.
After March 1, 2026, a full refund (minus processing fees) will ONLY be issued if your spot can be filled by another student.
